Cancellation Policy
Consent from customer
By proceeding to checkout, I confirm that all provided information including my mobile number and address is accurate. I verify that my mobile number is functional and recharged. I understand that I am responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect details and confirm that I have not provided an international number for an Indian address (or vice versa). I agree to report any changes within 12 hours of placing my order
Customers may request an order cancellation before Dispatch by contacting customer serviceteam or by clicking on “Cancel Order” Tab with a valid reason. We will review the order status and the provided reason before processing the request.
Once the order is dispatched, cancellations will no longer be accepted. We reserve the right to cancel any order suspected of fraudulent activity or that violates our website's terms and conditions, with or without notice. We maintain a list of fraudulent transactions and customers, and may deny access or cancel any future orders placed by such customers.
Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of Ayurvedic products, we maintain a no-return and no-exchange policy. However, we will gladly accept returns or exchanges if your order arrives damaged, empty, or contains incorrect or missing items.
To qualify for a resolution, please follow these steps:
1. Report within 24 hours: Contact us at care@shreevanamayurveda.com or call +91-5224619642 within 24 hours of delivery.
2. Provide Evidence: You must provide an unboxing video, a video showing the packaging defect, and clear images of the damaged or missing items.
3. Keep Your Receipt: Please have your receipt number ready for a quicker resolution.
Refund Policy
If an order is canceled, your refund will be processed and should appear in your bank account within 7–10 working days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank. For returns, we will notify you via email once the damaged product has been received and inspected. Upon approval, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 days.
